The Bucs have Evans and Vincent Jackson, but Jackson is a pretty expensive player. If Bell has a solid rookie year, he could position himself as a starter if the Bucs let go of Jackson before the 2016 season.

Get a bunch of reps with Winston now, and then show off in the preseason.

Kenny is a good enough blocker and has some other abilities on special teams that makes me think he will be set up to earn his playing time.

The Bucs have 2 good starters in Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson, but they're both possession type of guys. Kenny is a burner, and I think he can get his spot as a slot guy.
