KenPom and Other Rankings

The home non conference schedule averages 270 with South Dakota State being the best team at 208.  The entire NC schedule assuming best case scenarios in the Cayman Islands classic averages 190.  They won't be getting into the NCAA if they are a bubble team with that kind of schedule.

We got screwed on our side of the Cayman Islands Classic too. Need to obviously beat Washington State and pray we get USF or NMSU in the title game

 
I have no expectation, until I see them play.  Preseason means absolutely nothing if we can complete in the Big Ten.  New team with very little experience in the post.  Hopefully the cream puff schedule will help them come together as a team and build confidence.

 
Obviously it's a guess at this point but KenPom has our "adjusted tempo" number at 19th in the country and 1st in the B1G.  Last year we were 238th in the country.
