eh, sometimes. old Al does have a point in some arguements, that after 10 years, any coaches schtick, no matter how great, gets old and shouldnt be in the league. a diminishing returns type deal. hes got a history of hiring them young, and they go onto win super bowls. problem is hes not very patient, what, like 3 of them went on to win super bowls with other teams?
