KU plans on spending serious cash on their stadium

Luxury boxes generate tons more revenue than "general" seating. Not only can they help pay for the improvement, they can then generate revenue that you can set aside for other projects.

Besides, if they restore the order, they will need some nice scenary to look at to distract them from what is happening on the field.

 
Adds some seating, lots of revenue, and look how ugly that superstructure is... This covers it up. We have a great training center and our stadium is moving forward. It will help. It would be hard to move the stadium, it has a great location and view, and so we probably just need to deal and improve what we have. I like it and am excited. Don't have a free $105,000 to by a license for 30 years, but hope they get some people who do...
