what is everyone doing before the LA Tech game???? I'm flying out from NY to see my second game i can't wait but i was wondering what you all are doing before the game?? when i was out there 2 years ago for the Mizzo game it was an early kickoff so we hit the bars early is that still what most will be doing?? I'm looking to party with some crazy HUSKER FANS... plese let me know what the hotspots are in Lincoln i really want to get my drink on and go nuts for the BIG RED :cheers

just follow the people wearing red, you can't miss us. some will wear white and some will wear black. Just follow the herd. It should be a great time.

You can either hit up the bars around the stadium or just walk around the parking lots and drink with the tailgaters.

:yeah Tailgaters is most likely where my friends will take me.

are the bars the best way to go?? and witch ones? -- also i will be there thursday & friday nights looking to have a good time if you guys know the hot spots please post

I should see some people tonight. Update on bar/party spots this weekend, hopefully.

Is there going to be a place where huskerboard members meet for the Texas game. I would really like to meet some of you guys!!! :cheers

We were lucky enough to get season tickets this year. The bars get kind of expensive before and after the games. We'd like to find a place to pay to park and then tailgate. Does anyone know of any spots that would still be open to park and tailgate.

Hopefully having some Husker brunch/lunch before the big La Tech game. For brunch, heading out to a restaurant in Lincoln. And for lunch, heading out to one of the Husker tailgates.

From what my friends told me, you're better off finding a tailgate party before the game rather than the bars. You're outside, there's food, beer, women, and Husker talk. I would recommend just checking out a tailgate somewhere. I don't live or go to school in Lincoln, so I don't know the best spots, but Husker fans are always welcome with other Husker fans as far as I'm concerned.
