In the Deed the Glory
All-Conference
This. It was his first year and he took over for a severely underperforming group the previous season. He got plenty of time to try to fix it and he made improvements. Sometimes I feel like everyone's talks about how Pelini slowly screwed who he program over 7 years. Let's not forget where we were when he took over. It was time for him to go.It's almost like it often takes at least a year for a new coach to start getting the full potential out of the previous staff's players!
We just need to give the next guy time to fix it, like we did Bo.
