Lawrence, Dillard, and May: your starting LBers

The best players will play, without bias. I think we know enough about Bo to know that's how it's going to be. We'll see different guys in different packages, but it's going to boil down to who puts the time in at practice, the weight room and in learning the playbook. That's about it.

I thought that Lawrence and May were at the same spot (WILL was it?), and that Fisher had the other spot locked down.

You are right, Lawrence and May play the WILL spot. Fisher currently leads at BUCK.

In a sense, having May and Lawrence both at Will is really nice. The depth and the one pushing the other more confidently guarantees excellence at Will.

Having Dillard step up is great too. That will challenge Compton and Holt a great deal and everyone gets better. So... all this is good news.
