Heard that Welter has a teammate, Hunter Stover, that is going to make the trip to Nebraska's spring game. A true 6-0, 205, 4.6 linebacker for Notre Dame HS in Crowley, LA. Also a kicker and punter- he hit a 58-yarder in their quarterfinal playoff game and a 49-yarder in the semifinal game. Would play defensive back in college. Likes Coach Pelini and staff. What a leg!

 
Kid has a hell of a leg! I'm not a coach but his form looks like crap so I would have to say with some good coaching he could be kicking alot longer ones. As far as his LB skills go he has good vision and gets to the ball quick in traffic.
