Assessing the talent: Lots of talent. Very typical LB from So. Cal. Tough and fast. Plays for a very good team, in a very tough Cally league. He didn’t play last year due to injury, but had a productive sophomore year. Over 100 tackles and close to a dozen sacks. USC hasn’t offered, but are still Tatum’s number 1.
