With the current speculation that we, and very possible Missouri, could be heading to the Big 10 and that the Big XII South could head to the Pac 10, what is our revenue sharing penalty situation?
Pretty sure its 90% the first year and 50% the second year, but...
I thought I read somewhere that if 9/12 teams vote on a motion (such as leaving the conference), then the penalties could be cancelled. The question is if 6 from the South and 2 from the North bolt, there are still 4 teams left in the conference. Not enough for a 9/10 vote. But does the conference still exist at this point - at least on paper? Do the remaining 4 teams then get all of the shared revenue penalty pool from the departing schools?
