Forecast: Love swings NBA title odds

Though the San Antonio Spurs are currently projected to win next season's title, they lose that status if Love gets traded to an Eastern contender. If the Cavs get Love, our panel has them as the overall 2015 title favorites. Same goes for the restocked Bulls if they acquire Minnesota's highly available power forward.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Cleveland and Minnesota have finally agreed on the exact trade that everyone has assumed will happen for weeks. Cleveland will send Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett, and a protected first round pick to the Wolves in return for Kevin Love, who will agree to a long-term extension to stay with the Cavs.


The deal can't be finalized until August 23, a month after Wiggins signed his rookie deal. The Wolves had wanted to unload some of its god-awful contracts along with Love, but somehow Cleveland won't have to take on any.
