Let's Talk Spring Game

I bought my tickets at 1030ish and kept refreshing the site to see if I could get better seats but all there was was north and south stadium. oh well tho! cant wait.

I just bought 3 online...South Stadium Section 16b which will be directly behind the goal posts and above the center entrance/exit.

I did call the alumni assn. and my contact doesn't know yet what section their block will be in so I went ahead and pulled the trigger.

Has anything been published or reported on the talk shows about the number of tix sold at the end of the week?

For some reason our news outlets in KS failed to even report the 44,000 sold on day one...(being sarcastic here)

I was a dumbass and didn't order til late Wednesday-night, they were down to just endzone by then. What sucks about Memorial is that half the seats in the place are around the endzones.

Man, I feel ya. It would be great to expand and add more siding on the East and West sides as opposed to the North and South. Geographically speaking, however, we can't extend the sides or else it will cut into businesses/classroom buildings so the only real solution would be to add more high rises.

The NU Athletic Department reiterated Wednesday that 18,700 tickets remain for the game. But some of the best seats are now for sale on Internet because purchasers were able to buy blocks of tickets – 20 at a time online, and 100 per group for sideline seats.

If you want to only spend $10 for your seats (plus the $8 handling charge per order) you probably jump in now or plan to be dealing with a scalper that bought a lot of the seats on the sidelines.
