Three-Star Recruit
I no everyone here in big old husker nation feels as if we are going down the tubes. I for one feel as if we are taking steps forward...though they maybe baby steps...everyone has got to cuz callahan and all the players some slack. The players try hard...but when everyone boos...its not hitting just the defense...it is hitting the whole team. If you guys don't remember that we were 5-6 only 3 years ago...now we are competing in the big 12 north...we made our first big 12 championship since the year 2000 last year...and i no that may not be good for you guys all living in the mid 90's and early 70's...but grow the f#*k up. This is bull sh#t how the fans treat this team...if u dont wana go to the games dont go...if all u wanna do is criticize the team then don't follow the team....and if u cant find anything else better to do with your life...go plant some corn...because all the fans that are "fair weather" or have no respect or lack their of for the football team should go hide in a corner or cry on your mom's shoulder. :bonez ask for the defense ....just support them...and r schedule looks as if we will finish with 10 wins...so chill out...sit back...relax and watch us kick the living sh#t out of iowa state!! :cheers

Seriously though, I agree with some of your points. We all will have lower blood pressure and may live a few years longer if we try to be just fans of the game.

IMHO it'll be a toss-up between Ganz & Witt. I've heard a lot of great stuff about Witt, but I think Ganz has earned his keep here, playing back-up for so long. He definitely knows the offense, and I think his experience will benefit the team greatly.

No way a Freshman starts in this offense next year. Beck only got his 1 start because of an Injury to ZT and no depth at the QB position. There is much more depth now.

 
Witt will start... he has the physical "tools" needed and has all the smarts needed to go a long with them.

IMO... Ganz unfortunately I believe just doesn't have "it". He may know the offense, but I think he lacks the intangible things from what I have heard and seen on my own. He sure has been a good person to have on our team though.

 
From head coach Ron Prince...if you commit to us I guarantee you you'll start after I keep my promises to start Sam Keller his only season with us! :hellloooo

 
Who the flip cares?

I'm done listening about our off the chain 17 star recruits until they appear on the field and can compete with the likes of USC's real 5 star recruits.
