If this kid is as explosive as everyone thinks he is, I would look for his last name to be hollered in Memorial Stadium much like "Ruuuuud".

states that he was not surprised that he and marlon were listed as starter. says no.

 
roy says that he's comfortable with joey as quarterback, states that he's been a good leader and learned quite a bit last year.

 
roy says big bodies are nice and he's complementing the offensive line. says that schemes are the same, just less of them this year.

From reading & how it was described, Ganz speaks similar to the way Romo does down here. A lot of confidence & players feed off that.
