Beck says the three young RBs coming in are going to be taught well by Ron Brown. Brown knows the legacy of what Running Back U is, and what better coach to teach that than Ron Brown?

 
Been around Bo for three years, he's been picking Bo's brain. Bo is a great ball coach, he knows defenses and he knows what hurts them.

 
Beck's thoughts are similar to Bo's. Same culture since they both grew up in Youngstown. Black and White, no gray. That's the way it is.

 
Rex will be extremely valuable to the team, both on and off field. He's a tremendous young man and a great football player.

They won't limit Rex during the spring even though they're down some RBs in depth.

 
Martinez didn't have the chemistry with the team - that was the perception. Beck says he didn't see that at all, he's very pleased with Martinez. He has more confidence in him now. Don't forget that he was a scout team WR and he was catching up from behind. He thinks Taylor is more confident now.

Plus he's from California and all those California guys are weird. =)

 
Good points on taylor, started off on scout team wr then is thrown into the qb race as rsfreshmen.

Joked "all them california kids are a little weird"

 
They're simplifying things, and getting the old verbiage out. Reps, reps, reps. That's his overall philosophy.
