Longhorn Beef

Having a bunch of people over tomorrow grilling out. A couple of buddies and I decided it would only be appropriate to eat some longhorn. Problem is Cant find any in Omaha. Any ideas? had some in K.C. a couple of years ago was pretty good.

That's because longhorn really truly sucks.

Chance of finding someone who raises a longhorn steer like you would an angus so that the marbling is right and the age of the animal is not too high before slaughter is small.
