Truth & Rumors > NCAAFLSU's Miles on Colorado's radar?

08:17 AM ET 11.08 | Mike Bellotti may only want to return to coaching for the right fit, so where does that leave Colorado? Here's all you need to know about Colorado's shot at landing Bellotti: He'd be coming from arguably the best facilities in the country, where the athletic department floats in Nike money, to what are the worst facilities in the Big 12 and a university heavily in debt. ... A good source inside the athletic department said Colorado is monitoring the Les Miles situation at LSU. Miles, an ex-Colorado assistant, has said he loved Boulder more than any place he'd ever been and is tiring of the SEC pressure cooker.

While i do think that Colorado getting a good coach to replace Hawkins is a stretch just remember they are joining the Pac-10 next year. some coaches like certain conferences better.

Who would want to go there? It'll be like kstate. Hiring a coordinator for his first HC gig. Good luck. At least the place is so far in debt you can't be fired... like Hawkins...
