Lucky!

I mentioned in another thread about his good runs after catching the short screen pass. He can sure scoot.

Agreed, I figured his back was still giving him problems but it sure didnt look like it on the two screen passes.....why not utilize him more earlier in the game? Jackson was doing fine, but I think Lucky could've helped a lot.

 
If I'm not mistaken, he didn't come in until Jackson got hurt. Maybe they were trying to be cautious with him and his sore back. He probally wasn't going to be used unless there was an emergency and with Jackson going down, he was forced into action.

Yes, I was calling for Lucky to be in the game more also. He is very good off the short pass. It seemed ZT had the short pass available most of the night but didn't use it. I know when we were down 0-14 he was trying to get us back in the game. Just felt once he started to go that way he probably felt he was getting close to busting some long gains on deeper routes...but in the end it seemed he forced it and OU's DB's are just too good for that.

 
His back looked fine to me. The guy was explosive the few times he touched the ball. I hope BJax is OK and is ready to practice next week.

I was impressed by Lucky. I hope he gets more playing time because he is very dangerous if he gets into the open field. His speed is nice, he just gets the ball and runs upfield.
