Mack brown---classy or less?

Incident happened in early December and the story was posted today? Hmmmm

Didn't know who his replacement was - seems to be looking out for the best interest of the kid. Kinda like Bo telling recruits to go home and think about if this is the best decision for you.

 
Well, there's a reason Mack Brown is known as the "Tobacco Road Con Man" in Texass...and it's because he's great at putting on an 'awww shucks' front, and then stabbing you in the back or doing anything to gain the upper hand.

Regardless, I hope he does more of this...and continues to call kids in the following years and encourage them to play elsewhere.

 
Did he encourage them to play elsewhere? I saw no such claim. Sure seems like he was just looking out for the best interests of the kids.

 
Bo tells recruits to look around all the time, doesn't he? Isn't that the reason people respected his philosophy of not being too pushy?

 
The Stronghorns are just pissed because their 2014 class is subpar for Texas. Look at this year vs three years ago. 2014 2011

I have no sympathy for them.

 
Texas is in shambles right now. It's really a gutcheck era for them right now. Ho hum seasons. Ho hum network. Little bro A&M leaves. They mock them, then THEY become the team of Texas after immediate success in the SEC. Texas cant even dominate the conference they own. "Time to get back" they says. "Let's pay Saban" they says. Ho hum hire. Now a ho hum recruiting class.

Oh, and the tears are so yummy.

Exactly....as much as I hate the SEC, it is fun to see aTm go there and now start dominating Texas recruiting and having more success than both Texas and OU.

Mack was always classy towards us, usually after humbling us. I would be tickled if he swayed several Texas recruits to actually not sign with them.

 
I always liked Mack Brown. He always had great things to say about us too especially coach Osborne.
