It's part of why the Manziel family has been so testy with the A&M administration. This has been a VERY long time coming.

They knew they had a ticking time bomb for quite some time.

You haven't mentioned anything about Christian Peter and Ms. Kathy Redmond. You said you were in favor of kicking LP off the team, although that didn't happen. So Osborne (happy?) most likely would have kept Johnny M. on the team if we are following the precedence set by those issues.

You know it is actually punctuated 'you've', right? I can do petty little sh#t as well.

The Christian Peter Kathy Redmond thing was debated over on Huskermax a few weeks ago. One fellow, a lawyer by trade had done quite a bit of research into the incident. From all the stuff he put out there it appears there was a lot muddled stories on Redmond's part. It would appear she change her story several times which led to Peter not being hit too hard. Not defending CP in any way. It is my view that he was quite the D#ck and had a pretty bad drinking problem. Just saying what I heard and read. As far as LP goes, I think TO truly thought he was doing best by him.

If we are following that precedent (not dence), you can't say that one way or the other. Lawrence didn't have a history, and did everything the coaches asked of him to get back in good standing. At the time (we know better in hindsight), it looked like an isolated incident and he showed complete willingness and cooperation.

Can't compare the two at all.

 
If NU had Johnny Football on the team I would have been very tired of his act in about April of the year. He is a great athlete, but you can tell he is a pampered spoiled brat, who has always gotten his own way.

I think so. I hear that the biggest, nicest aquarium you ever saw is being installed in a newly purchased house. And cable TV, with ALL the channels. Gotta be for Johnny Football.

 
A douche is a douche whether he plays in Lincoln or College Station. He is a good player, but I would not be near the fan of Manziel that I am of Martinez with the way he carries himself.

 
Four years Sport management major? LOL. Real and worthy college educations are engineers, doctors, computer science, business, education teaching skills, aerospace, architects...that's about it.

I mean yes we would definitely take him any day of the week but there is no way we would lenient like A&M has been. He aint that worth it.

 
You have to think under the tutalege of someone like Osborne and/or Bo, that a young man like Manziel would've never had his personality escalate to such a situation to begin with.
