Hey, did any of you hear them talking about Mark May on 1620 The Zone? Sounds like they invited him to do an interview, but he wouldn't do it. I missed most of the story, but wondered if any of you heard the whole thing.

This is hilarious! The guys from 1620 The Zone tries to talk college football with Mark May, his people sends an email of him saying to the effect of, "I've said what I've said, I will not talk about Nebraska football, I am better than that."

 :asshat

Other than College Gameday, I will never watch anything that has to do with college football on ESPN again until Mark May and his whitie-tighties are fired.

I can understand refusing an "invitation" to argue with some local radio jockeys, but if he really said "I am better than that" in regards to "talking about Nebraska football," then that is just unprofessional.

That jerkoff with the LA Times can say whatever he wants as far as I'm concerned. He was hired to be a clown. Mark May, on the other hand, is just inappropriately biased and unashamed of showing it.

I think that Mark May knows the sentiment of husker fans and the animosity they have for him. I think the "I'm better than that." comment was just to rattle some chains.

May has once again shown he is bias to a fault. nothing new there, so why let the dumb-a$$ get under your skin? ignore him, he is a troll!

I hope he comes to Des Moines sometime so I can find a reason to arrest him!!!! He's a freakin worthless piece of sh#t!!!!

He earned that animosity for a reason. He can't offer any kind of "analysis" of Nebraska football without taking a major dig at the program.

I agree, but the Extreme Sports and Poker Network is supposedly better than that crap. It appears they fired Trev Alberts for alot less...this assclown needs to go. I can also read a teleprompter, too. Difference is, I'm not stupid. Say what you want about Lee, Kirk, and Fowler, but they at least have some football knowledge. Mark May needs an assistant to show him how to zip up his fly.

Mark May seems to enjoy baiting Husker fans and tearing down the Huskers. He is a jacka$$.

I think Mark's hatred for NU is twofold. 1, I think he was sick of being owned on national tv by a former Husker(Trev) that would school him on any debate. 2, I think he can't stand the fact that Pederson built up the Pitt program and then left for greener pastures, which was NEBRASKA.

As far as reading into what May says, I repeat: Mark May picked Florida St to play in the national title game last year. I think that is all that needs to be said.
