The sad thing is, these guys are obviously getting good guests on and the show could be very good. The guys doing the interviews need to relax and just have a conversation. Instead, it sounds like they are so concerned about what they are saying and sounding cool that they can't just relax.

Hopefully with some experience, they can improve.

And...hopefully they can take some of these critiques back and become better.
