I agree, I think in those two areas he is similar to what Reggie Bush and Michael Westbrook do. However Westbrook is a much better in true RB plays, which IMO makes him one of the best backs in the NFL period. As far as the practicing part, I do wonder what Marlon would be like today had he had a coaching staff push him as hard for the past 3 years as Bo and Co are this year?He will play on Sundays mark it down. He does the things that they ask backs to do in the NFL. He catches the ball better then any Back we have EVER had and plus he is a great pass blocker.
If Buckhalter can make a living in the NFL Marlon most certainly will.
So for the naysayers do you think if he would have practiced harder last year or had better coaching he would have had more then 1700 all purpose yards?
