Martinez, Lee both out?

Rumor

I was just surfing the "Cyclone Fanatic" forum and ran across an interesting thread. They say it's a "strong rumor" that Martinez and Lee are both dinged up. Yes, we all knew that about Martinez, but Lee, I don't know. Take it for what it's worth. I do know my doubt for this game will increase dramatically if Cody Green jogs on to the field as our starter. Nothing against the kid, but it's the truth. I'm not buying the rumor about Lee, but it still worries me a bit.

 
IDK, not that I believe what the Clowns say, but this staff is very secretive when it comes to injuries. I did hear on KFAB this morning (Sean Callahan) that he thinks that Cody might start. He mentioned nothing of Lee being hurt, however.

Today's Omaha Paper mentioned that Taylor was a game time decision (which was posted already), but that he has improved daily...also mentioned that Zac Lee had an injured shoulder (I think).... really didn't mention Green starting, but Sean Callahan would have a little inside info....who knows.

 
All smoke 'n mirrors if you ask me.

And, as long as Green can turn and handoff right and turn and handoff left and occasionally run a QB draw or a designed scramble, I still like our chances to win and cover the 19.5 spread.
