It is a complete joke that both James and Masoli aren't kicked off this team.

This is not cutting in line at the movie house type stuff. These are serious crimes.

Masoli is a senior, should be gone. James is a sophmore. 1 year suspension, maybe, then go ahead a try to come back in a year.

If misdemeanor assault didn't get Phillips booted, why should a misdemeanor get Masoli booted?
