I was watching the NFL network today and they were talking about the Top 5 TE in college football. Two of their Top 5 guys didn't play last year at all one of those being Matt Herian. They had Matt listed as their #3 TE to watch out for, but they said he was different than the other 2 above him because of his speed and leaping ability. I just thought it was cool they were talking about him and thought he was going to have a breakout year!!!! :thumbs

 
You know I can't remember at all I wanna say the last two on the list were actually juniors and one of them was at Arizona I believe. The first one on his list had a leg injury last year as well and was out all year. :dunno

 
Thats awesome to hear that the NFL is still regarding Herian as a top notch tight end. I hope that he can overcome his injuries and perform like he did his sophomore season.

 
And I think that we will see his blocking ability will be even better than it was before. I am guessing with the leg injury he focused on a lot of upper body work. If he has that same speed and catching ability.... oh baby, look out, he should have the best year of his career. well college career that is :thumbs

 
Well they were talking about his speed. They said he's a little smaller then some of the other tight ends in their Top 5, but he has the best speed and catching ability out of all the tight ends. If he has a good year he's a first rounder. No doubt!!!! :horns2
