If true, I can't say I'm surprised.  I hope that means we can wash our hands of his legal issues.

Washington can torch former AG Bruning and by association Davison on his way out if he so chooses. That’ll probably come to light anyways when his Nebraska AD-assigned attorney suddenly bails on him mid case. 
 

so that’ll be super good for everyone I think. Can probably replace him with a corn fed North Platte kid anyways.

When did he go to California? He didn't have to be there in person for the continuance last week.

I wondered if he might end up leaving, but I didn't think it would be mid-season! But given that we know of two off the field issues, plus apparently some stuff handled in-house, well, he might not be the most upstanding guy...

He didn't have to be there in person no,  but I think he went back for that and/or other things over the bye week.

Either the depth chart move is a "line in the sand" send a message or he is all but gone.

He has clearly shown he is a super talented guy but questionable decision making off the field and he must be doing other things to have missed some time or miss touches.

Frost cant let talented guys sneak past the "in it as a team" deal.

I hope he figures it out.
