The boys haven't been charged with sexual assault, and in your hypothetical scenario, if the boy accused the girls of assaulting him, then it would proceed as usual.

Or it could be one fifteen year old enjoying giving a blowie to another, which, good for her.  My contention isn’t that it’s impossible that she was coerced in some way, my contention that I would have assumed that would have been the first thing she brought up when it went viral in her religious school and got her expelled and left having to deal with her parents. Two years out and she hasn’t thought of explaining to her parents, her school, the police that they threatened to TP her locker or that they slipped her a roofie? Doesn’t add up is all.

None of that makes your comment on blow jobs making you think it's not sexual assault make sense.

I think there are reasons to doubt her claim, but that isn't one of them.

Would the media play it up as a sexual assault in my scenario? 

Its just doesnt make sense to me that if no one was charged with sexual assault, why its constantly being called an assault

If the boy claimed it was sexual assault, then yes. But it wouldn't be in the media if there wasn't an athlete involved, and it just so happens that not many people watch women's sports. So it likely wouldn't be in the media at all.

It's been called an alleged assault most of the time, but some articles have worded it making it appear as though Washington knew it was.

I never said a blow job couldn’t be assault and I’ve been looking at the whole picture the entire time, and the many reasons to doubt her claim are so substantial that I am confident saying that labeling this as an assault is disingenuous.

The majority of the articles I'm reading will say that he "was charged in December in California for ____." But then I'm also seeing that the actual arrest warrant is pending approval by a judge. 

I admit that I'm kind of confused. 

This is my 'way too early prediction,' and that's all it is, so inb4 "jUst waiT Unt1l wE kn0W moar." But my prediction is that the felony child porn distribution charges will not wind up being prosecuted, but I predict that the ex-girlfriend's family will go to great lengths to press charges for the whole revenge porn California statute. Again - just a prediction.
