Maurice Washington Faces Charges

I feel like I die a little inside every time I read these posts.  30-50 Feral Hogs, regarding this statement, "[SIZE=10.5pt]I'm very interested in hearing why he A. possessed a video that was directed to be deleted 3 years prior and B. Why he sent it to the girl with the phrase "remember this hoe".[/SIZE]  I am going to take the swing at why.  :)

[SIZE=10.5pt]-Someone sent him the video of his ex-girl friend giving two guys oral sex.  90% of the guys on this board, at 18 years old, would have saved this.  Wrong, sure, but tell me who [/SIZE]wouldn't[SIZE=10.5pt] have?[/SIZE]

B.  [SIZE=10.5pt]Why he sent it to the girl with the phrase "remember this hoe"[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]-because he was pissed that she wasn't interested in sex with him, and this was his response[/SIZE]

Hypothetically, lets say these are the answers to your questions.  W[SIZE=10.5pt]hat do you want to happen if this is the case?[/SIZE]  [SIZE=10.5pt]Kicked off the team, suspension and/or jail?[/SIZE]  [SIZE=10.5pt]I am struggling understating the agenda of the individuals who want him out without knowing the truth about the case.[/SIZE]  [SIZE=10.5pt]Don’t give me the bulls#!t optics of the University.[/SIZE]  [SIZE=10.5pt]This is a University that has issues and imperfection’s just like all others.  [/SIZE] [SIZE=10.5pt]Additionally, this one issue doesn’t change the opinion of jacka$$ Colorado fan or meathead internet media writer guy about UNL.  [/SIZE]

 

[SIZE=10.5pt]This is my humble opinion of what should happened, exactly what is happening![/SIZE]  [SIZE=10.5pt]He didn’t make the video nor was he in the video.[/SIZE]  [SIZE=10.5pt]Should he have done what he did?[/SIZE]  [SIZE=10.5pt]No.  Could he pay [/SIZE]severely[SIZE=10.5pt] because of the child porn law?  Yes[/SIZE]

 
This whole situation could have been handled a lot better by the athletic department. If you are going to suspend him for only the first half then say its for the mj possession and announce it before the game, also say you are waiting for the trial to to conclude before taking further action. 

Also i love coach Frost but dont mention your struggling to run the ball 2 seconds after you tell the sideline report he's going to play a lot of people are obviously going to take that the wrong way.

A lot of the bad PR they are getting is their fault.

Imagine saying that in the Quintez Cephus case. 

Your blind and unending drive to say the case is basically closed before it has even started is pretty bizarre.

His own lawyers have said he sent/possessed the video. That would be why I think there’s not much left.

I don't really care what happens to him.  If he stays on the team, fine.  If Frost boots him, fine.  My opinion of his character today isn't going to change.  He still has an opportunity to change his life and do better.  Based on getting caught with weed, regardless of the charges being dropped, shows me he's not yet ready to make good choices.

I've been pretty clear on what I believe about this case, and at no time have I said any such thing, or intimated it.

Your need to have someone in this conversation be a bad guy is a you problem.
