I can’t speak to the others but I do know LP immediately sat. At least I think I know that.If Osborne followed his point system, those suspensions were served after conviction/plea/whatever.

I'm sure there were some exceptions. Phillips was likely oneI can’t speak to the others but I do know LP immediately say. At least I think I know that.
Man reading through that report, It’s really hard to for me to see why this is still a case.
Theres zero indication that Maurice knew this was an assault. She starts the convo “what’s up stud” and asked why he blocked her and Maurice (already stated by the girls family he was hurt by the video), says remember this ho and sends it back to her? This is high school drama you see on MTV, not a felony case.
The Huffington Post has a story that is very similar to Maurice's. Maryland has a law similar to the one Maurice is battling. A high school student distributed a video of herself engaging in a sex act to two friends. She was charged with distributing child porn and was convicted in juvenile court. The case went to the Maryland Supreme Court and they affirmed the conviction. Again, she was convicted for distributing a video of herself and she was still a minor herself and the act was consensual.

That is bonkers. I hate to see laws against a serious problem be misapplied. The Huffington Post has a story that is very similar to Maurice's. I doubt very seriously there would have been so many delays asked for by his attorneys if sitting the whole season was on the table.
As for the case case getting dismissed, They have all his phone, internet and apple records, and the parents of the girl saved all the communications, I’m not a lawyer but that doesn’t sound like a potential dismissal.
Uh, no?So you are directly admitting that sitting him the whole season would hurt his chance in the case. Interesting
The insinuation is that the attorneys keep asking for continuances in order to delay anything until after the season so that Washington can play the season without further penalty or missing of practices, games, etcSo you are directly admitting that sitting him the whole season would hurt his chance in the case. So... you're OK with pot smoking?Hold on everyone.. just wait a minute while I clliiimmb up heerree on my high horse..... I think the University should turn in its NC trophies from the 90's because TO played some guy who attempted murder, a woman beater and probably a bike thief or two. Mo Washington should be chained and shackled for what he did and never touch a football again!!!
I guess someone could argue that the number and/or length of delays in this particular case has been excessiveOk except that the delaying is standard procedure even if he wast a football player so not sure how that tracks.
As someone who has been in a number of bad predicaments with horses.....that hurt watching it.So... you're OK with pot smoking?

Other than the fact that he supposedly possessed and sent a video of a minor in a sex act which he was supposed to delete, yeah, not much of a case here...Man reading through that report, It’s really hard to for me to see why this is still a case.
