Uh...he had one a few weeks ago.I heard he had a huge meltdown earlier this week at a press conference anyone have more info
He'll be okay. He just needs a couple of weeks to pull it together. It's been brutal, what with the media and message boards and everything else. It's almost enought to make a guy lose his religion.Uh...he had one a few weeks ago.I heard he had a huge meltdown earlier this week at a press conference anyone have more info
I'm afraid that you aren't helping the situation too much. The kid needs to pull his head out of his azz and play the way a Blackshirt is supposed to be playing. 100% Heart....100% of the game! None of this giving up, shrugging shoulders, and having their heads down CRAP....I was truly disgusted at what I witnessed in Columbia last weekend.
Sometimes the truth is not so enjoyable to see!I'm afraid that you aren't helping the situation too much. The kid needs to pull his head out of his azz and play the way a Blackshirt is supposed to be playing. 100% Heart....100% of the game! Keep your head up, McKeon! It will come together soon enough!
GO BIG RED!
Sounds like you have first-hand experience playing NCAA D1 football. The kid needs to pull his head out of his azz and play the way a Blackshirt is supposed to be playing. 100% Heart....100% of the game! It's almost enought to make a guy lose his religion. But he will be fine. McKeon is a class act, and he loves this team, as does all of his team mates and coaches.
A couple weeks has come and gone, not to mention 6 games. It's great that you support your team or favorite player through the good and the bad, but it's time to put the koolaid down, and really take a look what is going on. His blow up isn't the first, nor will it be the last. There are major problems in Lincoln, and it has nothing to do with the media or the message boards. Everyone here bleeds RED every time the Huskers take the field, and you will not find better fans anywhere that actually care about the direction this team is headed. The next time the Huskers are televised, I challenge you to tape the game, and after all the festivities are over, replay it. When you watch the game, watch every play, and nevermind where the ball is at. Watch the tackling. Watch the coverages. Watch the techniques. Watch how the players carry themselves, on and off the field. Watch the coaches on the sideline. Watch how they handle different situations, and then you will see where some of the criticism is coming from. This is not a hammer on you, but you need to cut through the "spin" that is coming from the radio network, and see for yourself. :cheersI'm afraid that you aren't helping the situation too much.

I think he finally did last Saturday. What I saw was a bunch of players that have finally come to the realization that Coz just doesn't know what he is doing. What you saw was frustration, but that was no excuse for the poor tackling, missed assignments, and just uninspired play.
