There are a lot of things i dont fully understand.... Like, Goofy and Pluto are both dogs yet Pluto has to live in a dog house and Goofy gets to drive a car.

not really. i had two dogs. one i allowed to drive, the other had cataracts so i didn't. it was about safety. and any house a dog lives in is necessarily a doghouse.
