I was talking with a friend the other night about the Miami-Nebraska games of old and we got to discussing how both teams cranked out NFL talent for the 90's and 2000's. He brought up a great point that within the next couple of years, Nebraska Football could have the best Defensive Tackle (Suh), the best Defensive End 3-4 Pass Rusher (Gregory), and best Outside Backer (David) in the game.
Better NFL talent in the past 30 years? Most likely The U with the ridiculous amount of 1st rounders.
However,
I'd take an Osborne coached team over a Schnellenberger, Johnson, or Erickson team any day of the year.
Looking forward to a great game between one of our old rivals anyway.
