I mean this Santico Panico punt return strategy is beyond frustrating.  I understand you want someone to catch the ball but that's twice there was a ton of room for a return.   Kills this former punt returner watching this

The middle of the field has been wide open for Michigan state. Does white not see that?

It's actually a known weakness of this scheme.  Purdue has a TD from a seam pass last week that was just an awful throw, The middle is open a lot.
