Mickey Joseph Arrested For Assault

Does anyone know what's happened on the legal front wt MJ?  Is he still in town?  Has his wife filed for divorce or are they trying to reconcile?   :dunno

Judging by their empty house which is on the market (shown earlier in this thread), I am guessing the family went back down to Louisiana (while awaiting trial in Lincoln/Lancaster County) and who knows the status of the family.  I would think they would try to be fairly private during this time.

All I know is that a few weeks ago I predicted we wouldn't be talking about Mickey Joseph in few weeks.

Lol.  As soon as Rhule loses his first game the Mickey lovers will come out of the woodwork...
Some for sure. Along with some supporting coaches Meyer, Sanders, Fickell or whomever was deemed more fit. And when it gets tough Alberts will be targeted along with Rhule.

Dave Aranda didn’t bring Mickey to Baylor and Brian Kelly didn’t retain him for his staff. Were they aware something that we weren’t…

How I see it if she cheated she deserves some jail time as well no excuse for a woman to ever cheat

He's now set for court on April 5 ..... what year ??

Molasses=Broken U.S. justice

Marty McFly: [Reading the newspaper] "Within two hours of his arrest, Martin McFly Jr. was tried, convicted and sentenced to fifteen years in the state penitentiary."? Within two hours?

Doc: The justice system works swiftly in the future now that they've abolished all lawyers.

Better Call Saul  :B)

Prosecutors do stall the proceedings to get time served before a conviction too!  This is unjust. The right to speedy fair trial and right to counsel are abused (almost ignored) imo.  The bail rules need to be adjusted to assure a speedy process (6 months from arrest day) or release pending trial.  12 months is too long but some cases go years.

His lawyer asked for the continuance and he is not incarcerated so I personally dont understand the relevance of your response..??
