Minnesota vs. Nebraska

Man I figured playing out in the snow with the boys would be a little more entertaining than watching the Pillow Fighting Kenneth Sadlers. The offense is stagnent, nothing new. The defense is hit and miss, nothing new.

And anyone that doesn't think Elliason could play meaningful minutes here is sadly mistaken. He has put on a lot of muscle since high school and looks like a MMA fighter compared to the aggression and strength that Diaz tries to exert.

No way am I saying he is bursting with talent, but Doc screwed the pooch with Elliason. He is looking like an All B1G guy today. He is a role player that brings things to the floor that NU doesn't have.

 
This team plays so much better on offnse when they are up and down the floor playing almost a playground type offense. Doc just needs to let the reins loose. Unfortunately today it is too late. This team doesn't look like a team that gives two sh#ts right now

 
my god this is awful. they had movement in the first half and we were flowing on offense then here comes the second half and we stand around and throw up 35 foot jumpers.

 
At least they are consistent. My goodness this just STINKS! Another nail in SADler's coffin.

That dunk by Williams was sick. There have been so many times this second half, when I started watching that they stand around looking at a wide open guy score, pick up their dribble at dumb times, no one going to the ball when said dumbass picks up the dribble, no one flashing into the paint looking to score. This is usual. And is pathetic.

And to top the point off about the stupidity of this team, Minnesota gets the home run when NU is pressing, Walker fouls the guy but when fouling allows the Gopher to get the shot away and of course he makes it.

This team is a joke. And sadly, it was the most talented team on paper we have probably seen since Doc has been here. No leadership from a team loaded with seniors is beyond a joke.

 
Doc quit telling them to foul. This team quit on ya a long time ago. Accept the defeat and go watch Connie Yori's team practice. Take extensive notes, and maybe you can get lucky and borrow a player or too.

Wow we suck. Can we at least get an interested decent coach after Doc leaves? Perhaps someone who can recruit?

 
More than just another loss.............really it's another embarrassment.....................

For someone who prides himself on coaching defense...............the Gophers got to the rim at will today, especially in the second half.......

At least Doc ought to be happy..............he thought we were scoring too many points (ever heard another coach express THAT sentiment)?
