Good. Here's hoping that hate shows up in Benhart's pancake block number this Saturday. 

Of course, if Benhart and the O-Line are too successful, I'm sure the officials will make up a penalty to keep him in line...like:

Frost seemed to be in good spirits at least, in retrospect he was frequently pretty pissy in the weekday pressers when guys weren't preparing well. Just one day of practice so far though.

I think because he can see light at the end of the tunnel...progress that is evident
