My dad (jack ball) was the one who threw the ball in...ive heard this story my whole life but still excited for him!!!! I'd like to hear anyone that heard this story

 


We had just gotten cable TV so I was watching from my basement. I went to East a few years later. It could've been a disaster. Had Samuelson not saved the ball from going OB, Papillion would've had the ball under their basket, and as I recall 7-ft Mike Heck was wearing them down in the 4th quarter. Instead, it was a legendary play.
