I believe last year they stunk it up against Kansas and Kansas beat them and then mizzou came around and whipped our butt. I wouldn't count them out yet, I still think they are the favorites of the North.

Mizzo will have its good and bad weeks. Hopefully, our defense will come and play four quarters against Brad Smith. Remember MU had to resort to a couple of trick plays to beat us. If one or two of those don't go as planned for them, then maybe its Nebraska walking out of there undefeated last year.

Maybe 1 out of the 3 games we were a couple of plays from winning. MAYBE, I don't even think we were a couple of plays from beating Mizzou. We weren't even close in the KState or Texas games.

I disagree. i was at the Mizzou game and we really were a couple breaks from walkin away with that game. we stright dominated until the raincame. then some slips and trick plays went mu's way and the momentum took a huge swing in their favor. but we werent dominated like we were vs kstate. now that was embarassing. still makes me sick when i heard that steve p was seen with that sleezy grin on his face throught the 4th quarter when the gates were opening up. almost like he was glad b/c it gave him more of an excuse to hack solich. whatta weasel that guy.

I don't even think we were dominated by the k state game. We played right with them. At half it was real close if I remember. don't forget we got down a few and pressed and got out of our offense and things got worse. Believe the big turnaround was when we were in our own territory and got agressive and threw a pick which turned the game around.
