MLB 2017 season

Got invited to the Sox game last night. It was cool to get to see Clayton Kershaw pitch. (My first time). Missed Yoan Moncada's debut by one day. (Tonight). I know Sox fans are excited about that.

If the Cubs aren't in town, the lawn doesn't need mowed and Aunt Mable doesn't need her garage cleaned out....well....I guess a venture to the south side is....meh.....OK.

I live on the south side (I've lived on the north side too) and I love it. It's also pretty big so sure some parts of it you don't want to hang around at night. Every big city (and some not so big) has there sections where you know to stay away from.

Javy Báez is on fire. He's 10 for his last 15 with two homers, two doubles and six RBI's.

Starting to lose the little faith I had left in the Cardinals for the year. The loss yesterday is just demoralizing. When one of your veteran pitchers forgets to cover first thats not a good sign.

Soooo....since the Allstate break, the Cubs have gone 13-3 with winning series against Baltimore, Atlanta, white sox, cardinals and Milwaukee.

Not bad. Leading division now by 2.5.
