MLB 2022

I haven't watched hardly any baseball this year because the Cubs are so bad.  But, this is cool and really makes me want to go to a game.  Wrigleyville and game day makes me just as excited as going to Lincoln on game day.  Murphy's is the first bar it goes through and my favorite place in the area.

Appreciate the kind words @Mavric.  It's been a really long time coming.  Glglgl to both the Ms and the Mets this postseason.  I hope both clubs go deep!

 
MLB Post SZN !!!!

Cleveland beat the s#!t out Tampa 1-0 and win the series 2-0 !

Seattle beat the s#!t out of Toronto 10-9 and win the series 2-0 !

Mets to go Diaz in the 7TH(!), leading 3-2.

Diaz shuts them down, but it took 19 pitches.

Then the Mets score 4 runs in the bottom of the 7th, taking 45 minutes.

Not sure why they sent Diaz back out for the 8th after that long of a break and now leading by 5.

I suppose they will still throw him tomorrow (assuming they hold on), but that's got to limit him to one inning for sure.

I really wouldn't have sent him back out there after all that.  I hope it doesn't bite us tomorrow.

Yeah, kind of sucks for your best regular season in 24 years to end like that.

I had resigned myself to losing to the Dodgers, but I was hopeful that they could at least make that series interesting.  But instead we throw three Cy Young winners at the Padres and get basically out-pitched in every game.  To say nothing of the offense disappearing for two of the games.
