Iirc, series split tomorrow puts both the Mets and Braves into the playoffs. Both teams hold the tiebreaker over the Dbacks. Braves get the second wc spot due to the tiebreaker with the Mets. And it looks like Schwellenbach gets the game 1 nod.

Yes, yes and yes.

It sure seems likely to me that whoever wins the first game will bump their starter for Game 2 to Tuesday (especially) if it's the Braves.  And maybe rest a couple of position players.  So it would seem to me that a split is likely.  But I could be biased.

 
I'm pulling for the Mets.  If they do get eliminated before the WS, then I'm going with Dodgers vs Yankees.

 
MLB really really wants the Yankees in the WS.   The strike zone and reply officials were awful and gifted the Yankees a win.   Need Ragans to ball out on Monday night now and throw some BB’s
