My premise is, people who are sexually assaulted or raped don't get kicked out of school over it.  And I have a hard time believing the timeline of claims plays towards believing this girl now. She got kicked out of school but didn't claim it was rape at the time?She didn't claim it was rape when the video came out but does now.? The sexual assault case was resolved and the only punishments metted out we're the 3 of them all getting expelled from school?

You were being dense or ignoring the part of the answers I gave - those are the 2 options, and you were the one who used the word "dense." I assumed it wasn't an offensive word to you. I answered your questions. Then you said I didn't. Maybe you didn't like the answers. Maybe they didn't answer the entire questions, but they did answer things you were incorrect about. I found your response to be rude, because I was merely telling you what I had learned of the situation and you came back with that, which imo is also inaccurate. You could have just said "thanks for the information." "Maybe I'm being dense but I don't see how any of those answer any of my questions. "

And why would I think I don't need to explain it to you when you say the above? What the above is saying is that you don't understand that it doesn't have to look like physical force to be assault or rape. Because people saw the video and she got kicked out of school, they must not have thought it looked like sexual assault. But that doesn't mean it wasn't.

To the bolded - they can get kicked out if people don't know it's sexual assault. Again, I think it should be obvious why I felt the need to explain to you why sexual assault doesn't always look like physical force. People viewing the video didn't think it was sexual assault, so in their mind they weren't expelling someone they thought was the victim of sexual assault. That doesn't mean she wasn't.

And again, if it was sexual assault they didn't realize it, but that doesn't mean it wasn't. Three times in this post you made statements that give me no choice but to think you don't understand that just because people viewing the video didn't think it showed assault, doesn't mean it wasn't. Just because it doesn't look like physical force, doesn't mean it's not sexual assault. In the same post you tell me I don't need to explain that to you.  :dunno

You should probably elaborate on what you mean by "problem." Not really something I feel comfortable having said to me. And you're the one who said "maybe I'm being dense." This is the woodshed, in the douschebag hall of fame, and I'm using the word you said you might be. I think you're overreacting a bit. If you can't take someone calling you dense or saying you're ignoring them in this topic (when it's the word you chose as a possibility) I don't know why you're here. It's pretty mild.

You are correct, I do not know all the facts and neither do you. And yes, me accusing the girl of being a promiscuous hoe , without all the facts, is an a$$hole thing to do. I would really like to give her the benefit of the doubt, just as I am giving it to MW, but I merely meant to say that is where everything I've read, been told and think I understand about this situation is indicating at this point.

And while we're talking about being a$$holes, it was also an a$$hole move to instantly assume the worst about MW and Frost, with even less information than we have now. Guess who was doing that. Not that it makes it right but I most likely would not have gone where I did, publically anyway, if some others weren't being as ridiculous in the opposite direction.

I based my opinion of MW being a s#!tty human in the FACT he held and sent that video to the girl.  That’s it.  No other reason.  Don’t care if she is promiscuous or not.  

My opinion of Frost was more of a joke (for lack of a better term) towards people that say he is “doing it the right way” or only “recruiting high character guys.”  Which is a laughable thought for someone to have in the first place

Other than scenarios against women, I don’t give much thought to the character of a player as long as he can remain prouductive on the team without making the university look bad.

If it makes me an a$$h@!e to hold that opinion, I’ll live with it.  I’d rather it be like that as opposed to being an adult man and calling a 15 year old girl a hoe.

I guess we'll have to disagree on the difference of what constitutes a sh#tty human being or a youthful lack of judgement. It's quite the judgement to make of someone when you don't care to even consider the character of the girl or the reality of the situation. I'm perfectly content with how I'm making my judgements. Not sure how you can be but does explain how the mere hint of an allegation had you crucifying him with no facts or context. Well done, it's what I've come to expect from you.

i literally made my opinion based on an undisputed fact. Not an allegation.  The actual fact that he kept and sent that video to the girl.  

And i I think what he did with that video shows the nature of a s#!tty human.  Can he learn and grow from it and become a better person?  Of course.  I wouldn’t hold this opinion of him for his life if he made better choices moving forward.

Like I said, our definitions are different. I think he kept and sent said video. I haven't yet determined if that makes him a sh#tty person. So far I'm leaning towards no, but that can change with any of the correct information.

I haven't heard anything about there being drugs or alcohol involved, but as an example Redux, if a woman is given a date rape drug (note the name btw) she may look on tape as if she was a participant in a sexual act, but she isn't aware of what's going on. Her ability to say "no" is impacted.

I pray you don't have daughters, or for that matter sons.  Your attitude on this topic is pretty simplistic and unaware - I'd hate to think it's being passed down to another generation.

Consent requires some sort of affirmation (not necessarily verbal). The lack of protest does not imply consent. 

 
Let me just set the f#&%ing record straight right now because this is reaching some pretty absurd levels of stupid.

-If she never said no, waited 2 years to call it rape and still has yet to even claim it wasn't consensual by telling them no...I highly doubt it was rape.

-If you get drugged and can't say no and get raped, yes you got raped.  No s#!t.  Anyone who thinks otherwise is a f#&%ing moron.

-A wife in a toxic abusive relationship where she gets forced to have sex and doesn't want it, yeah no s#!t that's rape.  It's also a stupid hypothetical when talking about HS kids filming a 3way.

-I apologize for saying if a woman doesn't say no then it isn't rape.  That was clearly too broad of a statement for nitpicking a$$h@!es go comprehend that I'm not a f#&%ing savage.  Every scenario is different, circumstances change etc.  In this situation, she never said no and waited to call it rape.  So I don't feel like it's rape.  Do I know?  Nope. Neither does anyone else in here looking to make a big kerfuffle out of this to be a PC warrior on the subject.

It boils down to this.  The least guilty a$$h@!e in the whole situation is Washingron if it turns out she is lying.  They all made stupid mistakes, some worse than others.  The truth will come out, it will be handled.
