Monday's post-practice interview

Those reports still asking about the Miami rumors should get punched in the face by Bo seriously. When he said that he was done talking about last week doesn't mean to ask him this week

 
I love Bo. Dig his style. I think he'll be a great coach for us.

These guys are a bunch of tools. Seriously, and then they try to make Bo look like the jerk for giving short answers. Why don't we let the student press take over? They are probably far more professional.

What do you guys expect these reporters to ask about? Pablum about how healthy the team is? :dunno

There's NOTHING to talk about three weeks before this game.... except for the fact that our head coach appeared to flirt with another job within the last several days. There is ONE story in Husker Football right now, and any reporter who doesn't ask a question about it simply isn't doing their job. Bo can refuse to answer the questions but they have to be asked.

If Bo relents and gives any kind of answer there'll be a 12-page thread about it here, along with a dozen other threads spun off from the first. You know this place is dying to know more about the Miami situation. It's not a dumb question. It's the only question.

The "what" is settled. The "why" still remains quite unsettled, and is the primary thing Husker Fan wants to know about.

You don't know nothing happened. You can surmise that, and there's evidence to support that, but there's also evidence to support that he actually did talk to Miami. Neither side of that evidentiary question has much solidity, and Bo could have provided that solidity and put this to bed by answering a couple of quick questions. It is the job of the reporters to ask those questions.

 
All Bo has to do is feed the media some BS-off the shelf response to the questions. "I spoke to Miami's AD about some recommendations" or "I respectfully declined an interview". He is hell-bent on keeping people in the dark about what happens (starting QB, Miami job, etc.) It's almost as if he's is daring someone to ask him these questions that he's previously said 'no comment' to, so he has an excuse to act the way he does.

He needs to realize that he has a job as a HC and reporters have a job to report, both of them are going to do what it takes to be proficient at their profession. The media is going to dig until they get something, give 'em something Bo.

 
I don't have a problem with legit questions. I have a problem with all the stupid questions he gets asked during game week. Ask relative questions or don't waste his time. Every week they ask a stupid question and get a stupid look. The following week it's the same stupid question followed by the same stupid look...it's insanity.

Questions they could've asked...

"Hey coach is Nebraska a Legend or a Leader in your eyes?"

"Hey coach should you have had a big10 award named after you?"

"Hey coach what's your favorite big10 mascot?"
