I don't think there was any comments about the guy being drunk at the Texas Rangers game when the fall happened.  It was an accident where he fell over a railing which was too low.  I agree that this is a very bad argument and in poor taste.

 
CSU has 6-8 beer taps at every concession window at their stadium. Other than a couple students that were puking in the bathrooms, I never saw any fights, drunks falling down, etc.
