more crowd noise

Callahan noted in his weekly press conference that TT audibles all the time at the line of scrimmage in the shotgun. It has to be as loud as it was last week.

It has to be even louder. Meyer has had a few games to get his feet wet against loud crowds and wasn't that bad last saturday. Hodges on the other hand hasn't played infront of a hostile crowd before, so the louder it gets, the more difficult we make his job and cause us to make the line create a false start. I will be outside the stadium blowing my air horn

Yup, especially considering what their QB has said about checking the blitz and audibling. That could be good for us, if only half their players hear the audible.

I can't remember if the Huskervision screens have anything that reminds the crowd to stand-up and yell. Some of the pro games I have been to, the screens say things like: "Bring on the Noise", "Lets hear it", and "Louder, Louder, Louder". If not, it might be another way of reminding those "quiet sitting types" to get off of their keesters and get involved. I actually like to do the old fashioned way: get in their faces, tell them to get on their feet, ask them to help the team out a little, and say things like why didn't you just stay home and watch it on TV. I don't think I have ever left Memorial Stadium without having a scratchy throat and needing a glass of water. LET"S GET LOUD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

:wasted :clap :clap :horns2 :wasted :horns2 :clap :wasted :clap :cheers

Hodge will tinkle down his leg and throw three picks after he's done spewing in Memorial Stadium.

I finally got my voice back from saturday, so I should be good to go this weekend. :cheers

This crowd is going to be insane, I will personally see to it. I dont care if I have to go over into west stadium and shake those old people until they get out of their chairs and start yelling. Just curious AR, would that count as assualt? Shaking an old person?

Yes it would...it results in SSS.

Shaking Senior Syndrome ;)

Ah he11, just do it anyway.

Can we get some of those thunder sticks for the game? I for one think they're cheesy and stupid, but if it works, then who cares. I want the 'W' vs. these 70 point MF's. :horns2

StuckinChicago.......Good deal! I'll do my part in Ohio! We need the crowd to get back into it. The Sea of Red, the black T-shirts, and the NOISE!!!!!! Texas Tech is going to be sorry they even showed up. They won't know what hit them.......... NU 21 TT 7. GO BIG RED!!!

I had a flashback reading about the west stadium. I guess the old people still sit there. I remember in the 70's seeing a lady sitting there knitting!

Well, there's a concept called "justifiable homicide". I suspect that a similar concept would apply to your scenario... :thumbs

well i am pretty sure that i am on the west side....bought my seats off ebay.

Sec 27 Row 46

If i need to shake some old people i will. I know my voice will be hurting something fierce after i leave.

Those are pretty good seats. I sat in section 29, row 42 for the Wake game and the seats were awesome. You should be close to midfield. The crowd was into it the whole game over there, hopefully saturday is no different.

Seeing how I'm in NY....... I wonder....... if.........

WEll, I'll just use the mind power to mess up the TT QBs.....

SOme things can trancend distance........

And then somethings are unavoidable, like the sound the stadium will make after the QB is driven into the turf

:horns2
