more espn bashing on NU...

Wow I thought someone was finally giving some credit to the Huskers for a minute until he gave his prediction of SC by "atleast" 14 points

 
Yea, I watched that as well. Not much good being said of NU right now. It's pretty imperative NU at least pushes the hell out of USC tommorow or we could be off the map for the rest of the year! dedhoarse

 
It's to the point were I don't mind the bashing anymore. All it does is give more motivation to our players.

Besides after we win the media will probably just make excuses.

 
What about the bashing they are doing to us by saying we dont stand a chance in hell to win this game? Yes I do know USC is a great powerhouse right now but must I also remind people they did struggle agaist Fresno State last year to! So we might have a chance I think.

 
I can see why these guys figure we are going to get beat. USC just reloads like the Huskers used to. I think we have a very good shot at winning this game, if Taylor just gets time to throw and we keep the presure on Booty. It's not goin to be easy and we may be a year away yet from winning this type of game but I like our chances.

Win or loose there still our Huskers.

We all know (or hope) that this game is going to be a lot closer than that!!! I say it will be decided by either a field goal or one touchdown!!!!

They don't know sh#t about our team.............they still think we cannot run the ball :lol: ...........................Ilove it...........................can you drink natty light for breakfast.

 
I had a friend of mine tell me after watching the Iowa vs. Iowa State game today that Nebraska is going to have a hard time running on Iowa State because Iowa couldn't run very well against them!!!! :blink: Needless to say I laughed at him!!!! :lol:

 
None of the bashing matters - after all, the game is played on the field.

If the bashers are right - and Nebraska gets blown out - congratulations, here is a cookie...

If Nebraska plays well and at least keeps it close or, hopefully, wins - they have some crow to eat.

Heaven forbid Nebraska blows out USC. I just love to see the "experts" hem and haw with egg on their faces. (Although they may be getting some practice soon as Michigan is killing ND currently).

I had to sit there for a second and take in what he had just said!!!! I asked him if he was serious and he said yes!!!! I busted out laughing and just turned back around and watched the game!!!! :lol:

Iowa State ain't $hit to me!!!! I know we can take it to them and they are not as good as some of the people here in Iowa try and say they are!!!! ;)
