A conversation at work and a thread on Twitter raises this question: what is the most rewatchable movie or movies for you? Like, you're flipping channels, see it, and watch the rest of it? I've got two: Road House and Demolition Man.
Twelve Monkeys. I've seen it at least a dozen times. There are a lot of little details that are hard to explain.
Tin Cup. I like the premise. A boozy, failed golf pro passing time at a crappy little driving range sets out on a golf quest to win over his nemesis' girlfriend.
Serenity. It's just a great sci-fi flick. Good scenes from start to finish.
Revenge of the Nerds (it was repeatedly funny when drunk in college)
Animal House
Caddy Shack
Top Gun (I still get pumped up when I hear the music from this movie)
Titanic (just a huge well made movie based on a true tragedy)
I know it's stupid...but....
C.H.U.D. (we rematched some really dumb movies in college)
Matrix series
Terminator 2
Little Miss Sunshine
The past several years my normal rewatches are TV shows. So there are a lot of movies I could add to this topic simply because I haven't seen them in awhile. There are some movies I can watch every year or 2 but not more often. E.g. LotR and Harry Potter.
