I wanna say the left is from penn state because the colors of the flowers are only blue and white.

 
i heard that we sent flowers to mizzou, isu, ksu, and ku, as a way of saying we will miss the old big 8 and good luck, but they had to give them to TU...

If so, that is a pretty sweet display by the teams involved.
