It’s a great job. There’s no doubt about that, because of, number one, the facilities and number two, the support that our student-athletes receive from the state. I don’t think there’s any doubt we can compete for Big Ten championships and ultimately get into the NCAA Tournament and have success. Now that we’ve had a full year to recruit and try to get the players in here that fit the system, and ultimately can lead us to success, I see how much all the things we have here, all the resources, can attract some of the top players in the country. You’ve seen some of that with the way we’ve turned our roster going into this season. We feel really good.
That first year, taking over and having to put an entire roster together in a short amount of time, it was very difficult.
